Now, think of a life-changing decision you made as an adolescent. How did logic and emotion interact? What would you have changed if you had given the matter more thought --or less? 2. Should birth control be available in public high schools – to reduce unintended teenage pregnancy? If so, which kinds [e.g., condom machines in restrooms, free condoms in a designated location, etc.]? Who and where should they be dispensed? Should students gain permission from their parents prior to receiving a contraceptive? Explain your reasoning for your answer.
