Answer: Total Type A: _______ Total Type B: _____ Reflection Questions 1. Which Type (A or B) do you relate to most, and why? Think of a recent situation where you acted like your chosen type. How did your thoughts, feelings, and actions connect in that moment? Which part do you think you could change most easily, and why? How have your family, school, or past experiences influenced whether you act more like Type A or Type B? Give at least two examples. 2. How might adopting more Type B traits help your relationships and growth? Think of a past conflict. How might it have ended differently if you responded with Type B traits instead of your usual reaction? Choose three Type B skills (for example: staying calm, listening carefully, or seeing others’ perspectives). How could each of these skills change one past interaction, and how could you practice them regularly? 3. How would you like to respond in the future, and what strategies would help? Write an “if-then” plan: If situation X happens, then I will do Y. What emotion-control step (like pausing, deep breathing, or labeling the feeling) will you include? Why do you think this plan could work? If you could script out your ideal response to a stressful situation, what exact words and body language (tone, posture, eye contact) would you use? How would you respond if the other person reacted negatively?
