Law enforcement officers are trusted to enforce the law but they are also trusted that they won't abuse their authority. " David Decico (December 2000). You do need education so you know know the ins and outs of your craft and yes an increased diversity is also good so that minorities can relate to the victims more. However without a good mental health the policeman would either burn out fast or would make a costly error that would bring bad publicity to that precinct.
